Full Job description
The Role
This senior role will lead on all strategic and operational fire safety matters right across our housing stock. Key tasks will range from driving our fire risk assessment programme, managing a team of excellent fire assessors, ensuring contractor compliance and advising on policy formulation and adherence to legislation.
The Requirement
Ideally, either an IFE member or holding a CFPA Europe Diploma in Fire Prevention, you’ll have an impressive track record in the fire safety industry. This will have included undertaking risk assessments, preparing action plans and carrying out complex inspections. We’ll also expect an in-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, standards and codes of practice.
